Soft and fluffy hydrophilic copolymer silicone LT-958
LT-958 is a high molecular weight organosilicon compound, which is formed by quaternary amination of epoxy terminated silicone and tertiary amine. It is mainly used for finishing cotton, linen, silk, wool and other fabrics such as natural fibers and regenerated fibers. The emulsion has excellent hydrophilicity, soft hand feeling and stability.

Product Features
☆ It has excellent softness and plumpness effect for cotton knitted fabric

Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 20~100g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 1.0~2.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:15~20
Diluting method: Firstly, add LT-958 silicon. Secondly, add 1/3 of the total amount of diluted water(slowly add in batches), stirring evenly. Thirdly, add the remaining 2/3 water and stir evenly till it forms translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
