LT-768 is a medium molecular weight ternary block silicone.High-concentration product, It’s mainly used in finishing for polyester, nylon ,angora, core-spun yarn and other fabrics, will impart super smooth & soft comprehensive handfeel.

Product Features
☆ It imparts super smooth and soft effect on polyester, nylon, angora, core-spun yarn and other fabrics, can meet the soft and smooth hand feel of different fabrics, especially the handle treatment of polyester and nylon fabrics.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-768(after diluted)
☆ Padding:
Dosage:5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: 1:2 add LT-768 first, then add a small amount of water. After stirring evenly , slowly add water in batches and stir, the emulsion will form semi-transparent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
