Special Organosilicon Polymer Amino Silicone Softener Milky White Liquid LT-604
LT-604 is a new type of macro oxosilane material which has a new stereochemical structure. It’s mainly used in smoothing & glossing finishing for denim, yarn & leather. It imparts excellent smoothness, glossy and softness to fabrics.

Properties
| 1. Good stability, can be used directly or after dilution, no layered |
| 2. Imparts significant smooth & glossy effect to denim, also can be sprayed |
| 3. Imparts great smoothness to sweaters, wool blends and acrylic yarn |
| 4. Sprayed on PU leather can achieve brilliant glossy and smooth effect |
| 5. Can be as a smoothing agent and formulated with other softeners to improve the smoothness of the products |
| 6. Can be used as a color deepening agent. It has darkening and brightening effect on dark fabric |
Fields of Application
☆ Suitable for the smoothing & glossy finishing of denim, leather, yarn, sweaters
Application(Recommended usage: 1:4)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 5~20g/L Temperature: room temperature
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 1~4%(o.w.f)(after diluted) Temperature: 30~40℃
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time:30min
Remarks: For spraying process, recommended usage is 1:19~29 (The dosage is adjusted by the actual situation of the customer)
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum,special packing can be customized
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
