Super-soft amino silicone LT-630
A new generation of modified, self-crosslinked high-class amino silicone softener, LT-630 provides a unique super-soft, fluffy & resilient handfeel. It has strong applicability and can be used in dipping and continuous padding processes. The emulsion has good shear resistance, PH and electrolyte stability and suitable for soft and fluffy finishing of various fiber fabrics.

Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production process)
LT-630 (30% emulsion)
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
Dosage: 1~2%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:15~20
Diluting method: LT-630 is crude oil with 100% active content, cannot be used directly. It must emulsify by corresponding emulsion process, then diluted to 1~2% of finishing solution and PH value was adjusted to 5.0-6.0.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum,special packing can be customized
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
