Soft And Smooth High-Concentration Block Copolymer Silicone Softener LT-716
LT-716 is a medium molecular weight ternary block silicone, which is mainly used for finishing of polyester, cotton and their blends. It is suitable for knit-fabric dyeing factories with moderate softness and stability.

☆ It has a good soft and smooth effect on cotton, polyester/cotton, denim and chemical fibers, can meet the soft, smooth and elasticity hand feeling for different fabrics, especially suitable for handfeel finishing of knitted fabrics.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-716(after diluted)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 10~50g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 1~2%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: add LT-716 first, then add water double to triple. When stirring evenly, the emulsion will form semi-transparent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
