Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-756(after diluted)
☆ Padding:
Dosage:10~50g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 1~2%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: add LT-756 first, then add water double to triple. When stirring evenly, the emulsion will form semi-transparent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
Notice: compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
LT-756 is a small-molecular-weight terpolymer block silicone with great comprehensive handfeel & stability. It is mainly used in finishing for polyester, cotton & its blends, will impart excellent softness and fluffiness.
