LT-992 imparts the fabric an excellent smooth hand feel, strong sense of oily and good resilience. After treatment, it has great deepening effect (increase red) on the fabric which dyed with active material or vulcanized material. It is suitable for pad-batch process of linen and cotton cellulose fibers, as well as rayon, modal artificial cellulose and their blended fabrics.
Fields of Application
☆ LT-992 is suitable for padding process
Dosage: 20~120g/L (one dip and one pad) Temperature: 120~180°C
Time: 2~5mins
Notice: this process is for reference only; users can adjust according to the requirements of deepening effect and fabric hand feel
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 125KG/plastic drum, special packing can be customized
