Crisp & smooth hydrophilic copolymer silicone LT-920
LT-920 is a high molecular weight organosilicon compound, which is formed by quaternary amination of epoxy terminated silicone and tertiary amine. It is mainly used for finishing natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, wool and their regenerated fibers. The emulsion has excellent hydrophilicity, crisp hand feel and stability.

Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: add silicone oil with corresponding emulsifier, stirring evenly. Then add 1.0-1.5% HAC of total silicone, when stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches several times, stir to emulsify till it forms translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 110KG/plastic drum
