Application
1. Dipping(applicable for rope like fabric)
Dosage:1~2% (o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10
Temperature: 70~100°C Time: 20~30min
2. Padding(applicable for continuous oil-removal washing process )
Dosage:5~10g/L
Notice: the process and dosage depend on the fabric structure, spandex
content and the degree of oil stain.
LT-301 is a special surfactant compound, which is mainly used for spotting removal in the process of nylon/spandex, polyester/spandex textiles, as well as polyester or cotton fabrics.

1. It has excellent emulsifying and dispersing ability for oil stain and wax

2. It has good emulsifying effect on oil stain cuased in the spinning and weaving process of spandex fabrics. With proper dispersant, it can be dispersed effectively to prevent condensation and back staining
