Polydimethylsiloxane (C2H6OSi) PU And PVC Leather Brightener And Textile Fluffy Finishing Agent
Lt-995 brightener is a special silicone finishing agent specially designed for improving the brightness of artificial leather such as PVC, PU. It also can be a fluffy agent for chemical fibre, polyester cotton and cotton blended fabrics.

Properties

1. This product is a kind of special reactive organosilicon polymer, which is used in artificial leather products to improve the product brightness and hand feel.

| 2. This product can give leather a very high glossiness, drapability, super softness, excellent smoothness. It has the effect of water and dry cleaning resistance, and has a good luster after cleaning |

3. This product can be used as finishing agent for textile to imparts fluffy and bulky effect and hand feeling. |
Application
When using, first dilute the brightener with 1:2 or higher proportion of water, and then adjust PH to 6-7 with appropriate acetic acid solution. It is suitable for fabrics with high requirements for smoothness and brightness.
☆ Dipping
Dosage: 2~5% (o.w.f)
☆ Spraying
Dosage: 10-30g/L, spraying directly then drying
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 110KG/plastic drum, special packing can be customized
Notes
Separation will be found after long time storage, stir to even emulsion before application
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
