Fields of Application
☆ Applied to fluffing finishing of cotton, T/C and other synthetic fibre fabric
☆ Applied to glossy finishing of PVC/PU leather
Application
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 10~15g/L Temperature: room temperature
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping
Dosage: 3~5% (o.w.f) (30% emulsion) Temperature: 30~40°C
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 110KG/plastic drum, special packing can be customized
Notes
Separation will be found after long time storage, stir to even emulsion before application
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
