A new generation of modified, self-crosslinked high-class amino silicone softener that provides a unique soft, plump & fluffy handfeel. It’s widely used in padding & continuous dipping process. This emulsion has good shearing resistance and electrolyte stability, can be suitable for soft and fluffy finishing of many different kinds of fiber fabrics.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production process)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~15.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:15~20
Diluting method: 1:4, add water slowly in batches then stirring till there’s no particles in the emulsion and PH value should be adjusted to 5.0-6.0.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum,special packing can be customized
Notice:compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
