T-302, can be widely used in cold batch process of cotton fabric with good desizing rate, whiteness and capillary effect after cold batch washing. It integrates permeation, emulsification, chelation, dispersion and hydrogen peroxide stabilization together which simplifies the pretreatment process and saves steam cost

Performance Features:

1. The desizing rate of grade 6 can be achieved only by cold pad-batching for 16-20 hours, thus to meet the requirements of dyeing process for fabric desizing rate.
2. Reduce steam consumption, energy conservation and environmental protection.
3. It can effectively adsorb heavy metal ions in chelating working solution or fiber.
4. Low foaming, excellent scouring and impurity removal effect.
5. Stable control of hydrogen peroxide decomposition to achieve excellent capillary effect and whiteness.
6. Free of APEO and prohibited substances.

Applicable varieties: various thick and thin cotton fabrics and polyester cotton or blended fabrics

Applicable process: cold pad-batch

Guidance formulation:

LT-302 15- 20 g/l

Hydrogen peroxide 15 - 20 g / L

Caustic soda: 20 - 55 g / L (according to the specification of grey cloth) Working fluid for dip rolling of grey fabric (room temperature, two dip two rolling, rolling yield 85%)

Cold pad-batching 18-24 hours

95-98°C hot water washing
