LT-945C a high concentrated quaternary amine salt ternary block silicone. It is mainly used for finishing natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, wool and their regenerated fiber with excellent hydrophilicity, soft & fluffy hand feeling and stability.

• Product Features

• It has excellent softness and fluffy effect for knitted cotton fabric, and also has good soft and fluffy effect for terry towels.
• It has good softening effect on knitted fabric and woven fabrics, such as cotton, poly/cotton, linen, wool, silk and cotton linen blends.
• Can meet the soft and resilient hand feeling of different fabrics with very good hydrophilicity
• Safety & convenience: do not contain APEO, can meet the environmental requirements. No yellowing and can be re-dyeing.

• Application

Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)

LT-945C(after diluted)

• Padding:

Dosage: 5~30g/L

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

• Dipping:

Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

Diluting method: Firstly, add LT-945C silicon. Secondly, add 1/3 of the total amount of diluted water(slowly add in batches), stirring evenly. Thirdly, add the remaining 2/3 water and stir evenly till it forms translucent to transparent liquid without particles.

• Storage & Packing:

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
