Hydrophilic copolymer silicone for chemical fibre LT-910A
LT-910A is a special modified polysiloxane block silicone with extremely hydrophilic function, which can give various fabrics hydrophilicity, soft and smooth hand feel. The emulsion has excellent hydrophilicity and stability.

Product Features

1. It is widely used in cotton, polyester and other chemical fiber blended fabrics

2. It has a good hydrophilicity and drapability on polyester, nylon, polyester/nylon and their blended knitted or woven fabrics

3. Safety & convenience: do not contain APEO, can meet the environmental requirements. It’s easy to emulsify, no yellowing and can be re-dyeing.

Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-910A(20% emulsion)
Dosage: 5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: add silicone first, then add 1.0-1.5% HAC of total silicone, when stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches several times, stir to emulsify till it forms translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
