100% Crude Oil Pale Yellow Transparent Viscous Liquid For Polyester/Polyamide/Angola/Core-Spun Yarn LT-770

LT-770 is a Medium high-molecular-weight terpolymer block silicone. It is self-emulsifying and mainly used in finishing for polyester, nylon, Angola, core-spun yarn & other fabrics, will impart super smooth and soft handfeeling.

Application

Used in polyester, polyamide, Angola, Core-spun yarn and other fabrics with excellent softness and smooth.

It can meet the softness and smoothness of different fabrics, especially suitable for the soft/smooth treatment of polyester and polyamide fabrics.

LT-770(30% emulsion)

☆ Padding:

Dosage: 5~30g/L

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

☆ Dipping:

Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f)           Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

Emulsifying & diluting method: add LT-770 first, and then add 1%~1.5% HAC of total silicone. When stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches and stirring till it’s emulsified. The emulsion will form translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.

Storage & Packing:

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 110KG/plastic drum
