Excellent Fluffy & Soft Silicone Oil For Towel And Cotton Knitted Fabric LT-950
LT-950 is a small molecular weight organosilicon compound, which is formed by quaternary
amination of epoxy terminated silicone and tertiary amine. It is mainly used for finishing natural
fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, wool and the finishing of towel fabric. The emulsion has
excellent hydrophilicity, fluffy, soft hand feel and stability.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-950(30% emulsion)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: add silicone oil with corresponding emulsifier, stirring evenly. Then add 1.0-1.5% HAC of total silicone, when stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches several times, stir to emulsify till it forms translucent to transparent emulsion without particles
