Weak Cationic Super Soft Silicone Smoothing Agent LT-864

LT-864 is a modified silicone emulsion with special structure, can impart excellent softness,smoothness to cotton, polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose fabrics and other fabrics. It has prominent finishing effect for all kinds of cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics.

1. Imparts soft and slippery hand feel to cotton/spandex, cotton/nylon,cotton/polyester, modal fibers.
2. It’s especially suitable for handfeel finishing for cotton/spandex knitted fabrics, can improve the softness and smoothness of fabrics
3. Good stability and resistance to alkali, salt, hard water and shear

• Padding:

Dosage: 5~30g/L

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

• Dipping:

Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

• Storage & Packing:

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 125KG/plastic drum
