LT-660 is a new solvent-free silicone oil, which is mainly used in the finishing of chemical fiber, cotton, viscose and their blends, with good softness and fluffiness.

Application

LT-660(30% emulsion)

  • Padding:

Dosage: 10~50g/L

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

  • Dipping:

Dosage:1~2% (o.w.f)        Liquor ratio: 1:15~20

 

Diluting method: LT-660 is crude oil with 100% active content, cannot be used directly. It must emulsify by corresponding emulsion process (Oil : Emulsifier = 3-5 : 1 ), PH value must be adjusted to 5.0-6.0.

 

Storage & Packing

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120KG/plastic drum,special packing can be customized

 

Notice:compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
