General Introduction
LT-335 is a combination of many special surfactants and polyphenyl ring compounds, which has excellent dye permeability, retarding and dispersion, and has strong transfer ability to disperse dyes. LT-335 is used for sensitive colors with disperse dyeing stuff to make the fiber evenly dyed. This product does not contain APEO, alkylbenzenesulfonic acid and other non-environmental components.

Product Features
In polyester dyeing process, it has the following characteristics:
☆ It has the functions of degreasing, leveling, dispersing, emulsifying and anti staining
☆ It can be used for degreasing and leveling dyeing of polyester knitted fabric(warp knitted, weft knitted) and cheese yarn
☆ Environment-friendly, low foam
☆ Concentrate and easily dissolve in water
Scope of application
☆ It is mainly used for degreasing and high temperature leveling dyeing of normal polyester fabrics, some spandex and polyester/cotton blended fabrics.
Application
Used in dyeing process for polyester and its blends
☆ Recommended usage: 1:3 or 1:4. If the transparency is not enough, 2-3% anionic surfactants such as aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate OEP 98 can be added to improve the appearance.
☆ LT-335 or diluted product can be added at the beginning of dyeing, or directly into the printing paste.
Dosage: 1-2g / L Liquid ratio: 1:10

Shelf time: Twelve months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
