General Introduction
LT-342 is a copolymer of maleic acid and acrylic acid and a kind of dispersant & anti-staining soaping agent, which is used to improve the efficiency and reproducibility of dyeing and finishing. It is specially used in the soaping process after dyeing or printing, suitable for denims, wool, cotton, polyamide, spandex and their blended fabrics. LT-342 prevents the free dyes stain on the pocket opening or label and other light colored parts.

☆ It has the advantages of emulsifying washing, excellent permeability, strong decontamination and cleaning ability, can effectively remove cotton grease, cotton glue and floating color
☆ It is suitable for all alkali refining processes and hydrogen peroxide bleaching processes; can effectively chelate calcium and magnesium ions to improve the solubility of sodium silicate and reduce the generation of silica scale
☆ For the insoluble calcium salt, pectin and other impurities, it has high-efficiency dispersion performance, which can effectively prevent these impurities from contaminating the machine and fabric surface in the pre-treatment process. Excellent colloidal protection performance can prevent the deposition of calcium salt, greatly improving the stability of the treatment solution
☆ The metal ions in the non-chelating dyes can improve the permeability of the dye solution and achieve better leveling performance
☆ Improve the rubbing fastness and brightness of dyed yarn or fabric without affecting the shade of dyed fabric
☆ Good soaping and anti staining effect to prevent the white ground of printed fabric from staining
