Product Features & Scope of Application

1. It can be used for color fixing of nylon dyed with acid dyes and metal complex dyes, which has no effect on dyeing shade. It’s suitable for bright colors and color fixing of nylon dyed with acid fluorescent dyes.

Application
☆ Washing the dyed fabrics thoroughly, because the residual cationic or non-ionic leveling agent will affect the effect of the fixing agent.
☆ Prepare the fixing liquid at room temperature, and adjust the PH value to 4.0-4.5:
1. Dosage for color fixing after dyeing: 2~4% (o.w.f)
Temperature: 80°C Time: 25~30mins
2. Dosage for color fixing after printing: 3~5%(o.w.f)
Temperature: 50~55°C Time: 25~30mins
☆ It is not suitable to mix concentrated glacial acetic acid with fixing agent directly.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Twelve months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 125KG/plastic drum
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
