The formaldehyde free fixing agent LT-362 belongs to the polyquaternary amine compound, which can form a water-fast macromolecular compound with dyestuff, thus to improve the color fastness to washing and rubbing resistance. It is suitable for dyeing or printing with reactive and direct dyes such as cotton, linen, viscose, etc.

Product Features and Fields of Application

Application
The fixing agent should be diluted with soft water in 1:3 ratio to low concentration liquid. It is widely used in dyeing or printing fixation of direct and reactive dyestuff.
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 10~20g/L (after diluted);
Process: One dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 1.0~3.0% (o.w.f) (after diluted)
Temperature: 60°C Time: 30mins
Remarks: Dosage of fixing agent will depend on how depth of color (dark color/higher dosage, light color/lower dosage)
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Twelve months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 125KG/plastic drum
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
