Product Features & Scope of Application
| 1. Can achieve excellent wet fastness and has little impact of fabric color shade when used in the fixing treatment of acid dyes and metal complex dyes | ||
| 2. Good stability to acid, has no influence on dyeing shade and color fastness to light, and won’t affect the hand feel of the fabric | ||
| 3. Can improve the competing dyeing of wool/nylon blended fabrics----Wool and nylon fibers have different affinity for dyes, after pretreated with LT-352 at 50-60°C for 20 minutes, their affinity can be adjusted properly to make the dyeing shade even | ||
| 4. The levelness of nylon/cellulose blended fabric is improved----Pretreatment with LT-352 at 50-60°C for 20 minutes can prevent nylon components from being contaminated by direct dyes and improve the color fastness accordingly | ||
| 5. It is used for the after-finishing of nylon printing with acid dyes and metal complex dyes, which can prevent white ground contamination in washing process after printing | ||
| 6. It is not easy to cause fixation spots, and can be used in combination process of dyeing and color fixing |
Application
☆ Prepare the fixing liquid at room temperature, and adjust the PH value to 4.0-4.5:
Dosage: 2~4% (o.w.f)
Temperature: 70~80°C Time: 20~25mins
☆ Excellent acid resistance, can be mixed with glacial acetic acid without precipitation.
