LT-968 is a high molecular weight organosilicon compound, which is formed by quaternary amination of epoxy terminated silicone and tertiary amine. It is mainly used for finishing natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, wool and their regenerated fibers. The emulsion has excellent hydrophilicity, smooth hand feeling and stability.

☆ It has a good smooth, soft and resilient effect on knitted or woven fabrics, such as cotton, polyester cotton, linen, wool, silk and cotton linen blends.

☆ Safety & convenience: do not contain APEO, can meet the environmental requirements. No yellowing and can be re-dyeing.

Application

Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)

LT-968(after diluted)

☆ Padding:

Dosage: 5~30g/L

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

☆ Dipping:

Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f)       Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

Diluting method: Firstly, add LT-968 silicon. Secondly, add 1/3 of the total amount of diluted water(slowly add in batches), stirring evenly. Thirdly, add the remaining 2/3 water and stir evenly till it forms translucent to transparent liquid without particles.

Storage & Packing:

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
