Product Features
☆ Gives great fluffy and soft effect on cotton, polyester/cotton, denim and chemical fibers. It can meet the soft, fluffy hand feeling for different fabrics.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
☆ Padding:
Dosage:5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: 1:4, add silicon first, and then add water. After stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches then stirring till it forms translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
Notice: compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
