White Powder Reducing Cleaning Agent LT-338
LT-338 is a powdery reductant with strong reducibility and stability. It has no irritating odor during production and use, and does not burn when exposed to water, eliminating the safety hazards in the production workshop.
Softeners have a significant effect on the fiber surface. In addition, the tiny molecules of the softener penetrate the fibers and by lowering the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the polymers that form the fibers, this process makes the textile more flexible. The physical configuration of the softener molecules on the fiber surface is important and depends on the ionic nature of the softener molecules and the hydrophobic ratio of the fiber surface.
Cationic softeners point their positively charged ends towards fibers with a partially negative charge (zeta potential), creating a new level of hydrophobic carbon chains that ultimately provide good softness and lubricity for all cationic softeners produced.
Anionic softeners, on the other hand, absorb the negative end of the load from the fiber surface and eventually become more hydrophilic, but not as soft as cationic softeners. The orientation of nonionic softeners collectively depends on the nature of the fiber surface, so that the hydrophilic part of the softener is absorbed to the hydrophilic surface and the hydrophobic part to the hydrophobic surface.

Product Features
It is suitable for reduction cleaning of polyester, acetate fiber and blended fabrics (such as wool/polyester, polyester/cotton, polyester/nylon, rayon, etc.) after dyeing with disperse dyes. It can effectively remove unfixed disperse dyes on polyester, nylon, cotton, rayon and other fibers and unadsorbed disperse dyes in the bath to achieve the required fastness.
Application
Dosage: 1~2g/L (dark color in polyester fiber) 2~3g/L (polyester/cotton blended medium dark color)
Liquor ratio: 1:5~8 Temperature: 90°C Time: 20mins
Remarks: After dyeing and washing, cool down to 70~80°C, add 2g/L LT-338 directly
into the reflux hot water (70~80°C) in the auxiliary vat, raise the temperature to 90°C, keep warm for 20 minutes,drain,wash with cold water
