Smooth and elasticity hydrophilic copolymer silicone LT-968
LT-968 is a high molecular weight organosilicon compound, which is formed by quaternary amination of epoxy terminated silicone and tertiary amine. It is mainly used for finishing cotton, linen, silk, wool and other fabrics such as natural fibers and regenerated fibers. The emulsion has excellent hydrophilicity, smooth hand feeling and stability.

Product Features
☆ It is used in cotton knitted fabrics with excellent dry, smooth and elastic effect
☆ It has a good smooth, soft and elastic effect on knitted or woven fabrics, such as cotton, polyester cotton, linen, wool, silk and cotton linen blends.
☆ Can meet the smooth, soft and elastic hand feeling of different fabrics.
☆ Safety & convenience: do not contain APEO, can meet the environmental requirements. It’s easy to emulsify, no yellowing and can be re-dyeing.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 20~100g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 1.0~2.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:15~20
Diluting method: Firstly, add LT-958 silicon. Secondly, add 1/3 of the total amount of diluted water(slowly add in batches), stirring evenly. Thirdly, add the remaining 2/3 water and stir evenly till it forms translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
