Properties

LT-935 is a high molecular weight organosilicon compound, which is formed by quaternary amination of epoxy terminated silicone and tertiary amine. It is mainly used for finishing natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, wool and their regenerated fibers. The emulsion has excellent hydrophilicity, smooth hand feel and stability.

☆ It has a good smoothness and drapability on cotton, poly/cotton, linen, wool, silk, cotton/linen blended knitted or woven fabrics

☆ Can meet the smooth and drape effect of different fabrics.

☆ Safety & convenience: do not contain APEO, can meet the environmental requirements. No yellowing and can be re-dyeing.

Application

Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)

☆ Padding:

Dosage: 5~30g/L

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

☆ Dipping:

Dosage:2.0~5.0%(o.w.f)         Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

Storage & Packing:

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
