LT-703B is a small-molecular-weight terpolymer block silicone with great comprehensive handfeel & stability. It’s mainly used in soft finishing for polyester, polyamide, cotton & denim fabrics, will impart excellent softness and fluffiness.

Product Features
☆ Gives great fluffy and soft effect on cotton, polyester/cotton, denim and chemical fibers. It can meet the soft, fluffy hand feeling for different fabrics, especially good at cotton finishing for denim fabrics.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-703B(After diluted)
☆ Padding:
Dosage:5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2~5%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: 1:4, add silicon first, and then add water. After stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches then stirring till it forms translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
Notice: compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
