Product Features
☆ It imparts an excellent soft and fluffy effect on polyester, nylon, coral velvet and flannel fabrics.
☆ It also has a good fluffy and soft effect on cotton, polyester/cotton, denims and chemical fibers, can meet the softness of different fabrics.
LT-726 is a medium molecular weight ternary block silicone, which is mainly used for finishing of polyester, cotton and their blends. It’s a versatile product with good softness, stability and wide applicability.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-726(after diluted)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 10~50g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 1~2%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: add LT-726 first, then add water double to triple. When stirring evenly, the emulsion will form semi-transparent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
