Application

It’s suitable for synthetic fiber, such as 100%polyester, acrylic and fleece products, also can be used for 100%cotton or wool spinning fabrics.

Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)

 

LT-736(after diluted)

☆ Padding:

Dosage: 10~50g/L

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

 

☆ Dipping:

Dosage: 1~2%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

Diluting method: add LT-736 first, then add water double to triple. When stirring evenly, the emulsion will form semi-transparent to transparent emulsion without particles.

LT-736 is (AB) n linear block copolymerized silicone. It is a medium molecular weight ternary block silicone, which is suitable for softening and smoothing finishing of nylon, polyester, cotton, etc. Without silicon spots and low yellowing, LT-736 can be used directly to repair colors and imparts excellent smoothness and good stability.

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
