* Product Features

☆ The finishing of polyester, nylon, Angola, core-spun yarn and other fabrics, it can give the fabric a super smooth and soft hand feeling.

☆ It can meet the softness and fluffiness of different fabrics, especially suitable for the soft/fluffy treatment of polyester and polyamide fabrics

 

LT-780 is a Medium high-molecular-weight terpolymer block silicone. It is self-emulsifying and mainly used in finishing for polyester, nylon, Angola, core-spun yarn & other fabrics, will impart super soft and fluffy hand feeling.

 

* Application

Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)

LT-780(30% emulsion)

☆ Padding:

Dosage:5~30g/L

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

☆ Dipping:

Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f)        Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

Emulsifying & diluting method: add LT-780 first, and then add 1.5%~2.5% HAC of total silicone. When stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches and stirring till it’s emulsified. The emulsion will form translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.

* Storage & Packing:

Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
