LT-780 is a Medium high-molecular-weight terpolymer block silicone. It is self-emulsifying and mainly used in finishing for polyester, nylon, Angola, core-spun yarn & other fabrics, will impart super soft and fluffy hand feeling.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-780(30% emulsion)
☆ Padding:
Dosage:5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Emulsifying & diluting method: add LT-780 first, and then add 1%~1.5% HAC of total silicone. When stirring evenly , add water slowly in batches and stirring till it’s emulsified. The emulsion will form translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
