Smoothing Silicone Oil ® EMUL 360 For Textiles

™ ™ EMUL 360 is a slightly anionic water emulsion with approximately 60% solids, a general purpose product

Textile smoothing agent;
 Water repellent and release agent for industrial glass products;
 Additives for maintenance products: polishes for floors and furniture, leather maintenance products, etc.;
 Release agents for industrial rubber, tires, plastics and foundry materials;
 Lubricant for web offset printing.

™ ™ EMUL 360 Emulsion dries into a film to provide the following properties:
 Excellent thermal stability;
 Chemically inert;
 Good water resistance;
 Excellent release and isolation performance;
 Incompatible with many organic substances.

In the field of textile auxiliaries, ™ ™ EMUL 360 Emulsion is usually diluted to about 5% active ingredient concentration.
The above dilution is obtained by adding 10-20 liters of water to 1 liter of ™ ™ EMUL 360 Emulsion with vigorous mechanical stirring. Reverse order of addition (adding lotion to water) is not recommended. Hard water is not recommended and the CaCO3 content in the water must be below 250ppm.
Diluted ™ ™ EMUL 360 Emulsion is generally used for padding

Storage & Packing:

The standard expiration date of ™ ™ EMUL 360 Emulsion is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in the original airtight container at 5°C~30°C. Please refer to the storage advice and expiration date on the packaging.
After this date, Bluestar Silicones will no longer guarantee that the product meets the sales target.
