Fluffy And Soft Block Copolymer Silicone Weak Cationic Emulsion With High Concentration LT-725
LT-725 is a medium molecular weight ternary block silicone, high-concentration product, which is mainly used for finishing of polyester,cotton and its blends. It’s a versatile product with good softness, stability and wide applicability.

Product Features
☆ It can be used to finish polyester,nylon, coral fleece,flannel and other fabrics,giving them super soft and fluffy hand feel.
☆ It also has good fluffy and soft effect on cotton, polyester/cotton, denim and chemical fibers. It can meet the softness of different fabrics.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-725(after diluted)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: 1:2, first add LT-725 with a small amount of water, when stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches then stirring till it forms translucent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
Notice: compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
