Fluffy And Soft Block Copolymer Silicone Emulsion LT-735
LT-735 is a medium molecular weight ternary block silicone, mainly used for finishing cotton and its blended fabrics. It’s a versatile product with good softness, stability and wide applicability.

Product Features
☆ It is used for the finishing of cotton knitted, woven and printed fabrics, and can give the fabrics a super soft and thick feel.
☆ It also has a good smoothing effect on cotton, polyester/cotton, chemical fiber and other fabrics; it can meet the softness of different fabrics.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-735(After diluted)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: 1:2, first add LT-735 with a small amount of water, when stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches then stirring till it forms translucent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
Notice: compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
