Chemical Fiber Soft&Smooth Block Copolymer Silicone With High Concentration LT-775
LT-775 is a high concentration terpolymer block silicone emulsion with medium molecular weight. It is mainly used for the finishing of polyester, nylon, angora, core-spun yarn and other fabrics, which can give the fabric a super smooth and soft feel.

Product Features
☆ It has a super smooth and soft effect on polyester, nylon, angora, core-spun yarn and other fabrics. It can meet the soft, smooth hand feeling for different fabrics.Especially for polyester and nylon fabrics.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-775(after diluted)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: 1:2, add silicone oil first, then add a small amount of water, after stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches then stirring till it forms translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
Notice: compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
