LT-785 is a medium molecular weight ternary block silicone. High-concentration product. It’s mainly used in finishing for polyester, nylon,angora,core-spun yarn and other fabrics, give the fabric super fluffy and soft hand feel.

Product Features
☆ It imparts an excellent soft& fluffy effect on polyester, nylon, angora, core-spun yarn and other fabrics.
☆ it can meet the soft and fluffy hand feel of different fabrics. Especially the handle treatment of polyester and nylon fabrics.
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-785(after diluted)
☆ Padding:
Dosage: 5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: 1:2, add LT-785 first, then add a small amount of water. After stirring evenly, add water slowly in batches then stirring till it forms translucent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
Notice: compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
