Supersoft Silicone Oil BLUESIL™ C910
BLUESIL™ SUPERSOFT C910 is a high ammonia value, low to medium viscosity bisamino polydimethylsiloxane specially developed for the formulation of textile softener emulsions
BLUESIL™ SUPERSOFT C910 It is the basic raw material of amino silicone emulsion or micro-emulsion formulation, especially used as softener and lubricant for textiles. When used for padding or dip dyeing, 0.3% to 1% silicon content gives fabrics:
Excellent softness and slip;
Increase the elasticity and wrinkle resilience of the fabric;
Increases the breaking and tearing strength of the fabric
Typical applications include use as a softener for cellulose and rayon woven, knitted and non-woven fabrics.

Add water, glacial acetic acid, sodium acetate and emulsifier to the container and stir well
Slowly add C910, stirring constantly, until silicone oil is added, stirring
Add 1,2-propanediol and continue stirring
Filtration of emulsions to remove impurities or undissolved gel particles
Note: When using, dilute with water to a silicon content of less than 5%, and then adjust the pH of the diluent to 4-6.
Storage & Packing:
Stored in the original airtight container at 2°C~30°C, the standard shelf life of BLUESIL™ SUPERSOFT C910 is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Please refer to the storage advice and expiration date on the packaging. After this date, Bluestar Silicones will no longer guarantee that the product meets the sales target
