BLUESIL™ EXTRASOFT C845 is easily emulsified into macroemulsions or microemulsions for the softening and lubricating treatment of fabrics. Emulsions can be easily made using C13[EO]6 fatty alcohol ethoxylates as emulsifiers

Processing:

Mix amino silicone oil BLUESIL™ EXTRASOFT C845, glacial acetic acid and surfactant together, and gradually add water with constant stirring until the water is added. When used for padding or dip dyeing, a silicon content of 0.3% to 1% can impart the following properties to the fabric:
 Very smooth, soft, plump hand;
 Excellent lubricating properties (sewing thread or fibers);
 Very good drape;
 Low yellowing;
 Increase fabric elasticity and wrinkle recovery after washing;

Storage & Packing:

BLUESIL™ EXTRASOFT C845 has a standard shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored at 2°C~30°C in its original airtight container. Please refer to the storage advice and expiration date on the packaging. After this date, Bluestar Silicones will no longer guarantee that the product meets the sales target
